Coleus Forskohlii Extract
Forskholin 10- 40%
Coleus forskohlii Briq, an aromatic herb belonging to the family lamiaceae. The roots are tuberous and contain the labdane diterpane, froskolin. Native of Nepal and India this herb was brought in to cultivation in the late 90’s and early 2000.
Forskolin the major active ingredient of this plant has demonstrated to increase the rate of lipolysis via cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) accumulation, a mechanism independent of hormonal simulation. Further forskolin directly activates lipase by phosphorylation of protein kinase ‘A’ resulting in further lipolysis and release of fatty acids.
Coleus extract is standardised for forskolin.

Green Coffee Bean Extract
Chlorogenic acid 15-60%
Green coffee extract is made from unroasted coffee beans as roasting process reduces the cholorogenic acid levels which is believed to be responsible for many of its pharmacological effects. Green coffee extract has been shown to inhibit fat accumulation and reduce weight. Green coffee extract is also believed to reduce postprandial concentrations and also reduce glucose absorption in the intestine.
